Capabilities

Warping, weaving, finishing, testing and shipping under one roof in Helena, Montana — with the machine list and tolerances written down.

Weaving

22 looms: 14 rapier, 6 air-jet and 2 dobby heads for small-repeat pattern work. Reed widths 54″ to 126″, up to 16 shafts.

Warp preparation

In-house sectional warping and beaming, 8 to 42 ends per centimetre, with sizing for fine cotton counts.

Finishing

Scour, enzyme wash, stone wash, brush, calender, sanforize, DWR and soil-release. Widths to 120″.

Testing

On-site weight, width, shrinkage, crocking and seam-slippage bench. Abrasion, lightfastness and flammability through accredited partner labs.

Roll goods & logistics

Rolled to your put-up (25–120 yd), poly or kraft wrapped, barcode-labelled, LTL or parcel out of Helena.

Development

Reverse-engineering of an existing cloth, sett and weight engineering, and strike-offs for private-label programs.

Minimums & commercial terms

No hidden gates

  • 60 yards minimum per colour on stocked constructions — genuinely, not “we will see”
  • 500 yards minimum for custom yarn, custom sett or new-construction development
  • No sampling charge on the first two hand samples per project
  • Net 30 terms after a first prepaid order and a completed credit application
  • Volume pricing reviewed at 1,000 / 5,000 / 15,000 yards per construction per year
  • Annual programs can be blanket-ordered with scheduled releases and held warp
