A hospitality supplier in Arizona needed 9,200 yards of a 17 oz contract basketweave for a 210-room refurbishment, released across four dates over eleven weeks, with every yard matching the first approval.
We warped the full quantity in one run, dyed the yarn in two lots cross-checked against the approved standard at D65, and shipped on the agreed dates with lot certificates. Installed shade variation across the four deliveries was graded 4–5 on the gray scale; nothing was re-cut.
