Effective date: July 30, 2026  ·  Last reviewed: July 30, 2026

Imran Weaving (“Imran Weaving”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website at imranweaving.com and supplies woven textiles on a wholesale basis from Helena, Montana. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the website and in the ordinary course of business, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The business responsible for the information described here (the data controller) is Imran Weaving, owned and operated by Joseph Rodriguez, 607 Canal Street, Helena, Montana 59620, United States. You can reach us by telephone on +1 858-348-9911 or by email at admin@imranweaving.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiry and quote details — your name, company, work email address, telephone number, the product or construction you are asking about, estimated volumes, target dates and anything else you type into the message field.
  • Order and account information — billing and delivery addresses, purchase order references, tax exemption certificates, trade references and accounts-payable contacts, where you place an order with us.
  • Correspondence — emails, letters and notes of telephone calls relating to quotations, samples, orders, claims and payments.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs — our hosting provider records the IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page and browser user-agent for each request. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are retained for a short period.
  • Cookies — a small number of cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information to train machine-learning models.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the business, and only with organisations that are contractually required to protect it:

  • Freight carriers and couriers, to deliver samples and roll goods to the address you give us.
  • Independent test laboratories, where you have asked for third-party testing on your material (the sample reference, not your commercial terms).
  • Payment processors, our bank and our accountants, for invoicing, collection and statutory accounts.
  • Our website host and email provider, who process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information or need advice on a dispute.

We do not share your details with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

  • Unsuccessful enquiries and quotations: 24 months from the last contact.
  • Customer order, invoice and tax records: 7 years, as required for federal and Montana state tax purposes.
  • Quality, inspection and dye-lot records including retained cuttings: 3 years.
  • Website server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Cookie consent record: 12 months, or until you clear it via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Business systems are password protected with multi-factor authentication on email and accounting, access is limited to staff who need it for their role, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and any regulator required by Montana law without undue delay.

7. Your choices and rights

Wherever you are, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete information we no longer need, or stop sending you commercial email. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy statutes — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Montana and others — additionally have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling, and to appeal a refusal.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@imranweaving.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or write to the address at the end of this page. We will verify your identity using information we already hold and respond within 45 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of on those grounds. You will never be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal where our analytics provider supports it, and where a GPC signal is present we treat optional analytics cookies as declined.

9. Visitors outside the United States

Our operations and our hosting are located in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Please do not send us personal information if you are not comfortable with that transfer.

10. Third-party links

Our pages may link to carrier tracking services, laboratory reports or industry bodies. Once you leave imranweaving.com, this policy no longer applies and the destination site's own privacy notice governs.

11. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year and whenever we change how we handle information. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
